Chelsea fan here. Firstly, top marks to your fans for the best away fans so far at the Bridge and kudos for giving Tammy a top reception. Clear to see he did a lot for you last year and you appreciated him for it.
As for some of your posts about the game and worrying about relegation- you'll be fine. Nowhere near the relegation zone come May. Dean Smith is a good progressive young coach and Terry will keep tightening up your defence. Young lads like Konsa are going to make mistakes- I thought Tammy had his number all game, but he'll learn from that. You caught our best home performance so far this year and it's clear Lampard sent them out to prove a point after the poor result against West Ham. Wesley, yes he was poor, but he wasn't getting great service and Zouma relishes those physical battles- you do miss someone being able to get in behind, who I imagine is usually El Ghazi.
As for whether you can keep Grealish or not, the one I would be more worried about personally is McGinn. He always impresses me- if his name was Javier McGinque and he was Spanish, he'd be getting a lot more rave write-ups.
Looking forward to a trip back to Villa Park in 2020, always a cracking away day. As I said, I'll put money on you staying up, definitely at least 3 worse teams in the Prem at the moment, Norwich and Watford being two.

It will be touch and go RJ28P. A point a game probably gets you to 17th. To stay up because there are three worse than you is not much to be proud of though. Think Chelsea could just be pipped to fourth spot.

RJ28P, thank you for the compliments mate, and a good analogy of the game, to be fair I think we were poor.
Our consistency will improve in time I think.
Best of luck for the season, play like that and you are top six for sure.
