What makes Jason Cundy and Robbie Savage think they have the Nous, intelligence, whatever you want to call it, to suggest Jack is better than Aston Villa, that is what they are saying.
In fact that goes to all the so called pundits who seem compelled to offer all sorts of advice to players and clubs, as to where players should move to, why they should move, and how much the clubs should pay for them.
Why do they think we are remotely interested in what they feel Jack should do with his career.
The reason I am responding to their remarks is because, I hate and detest people like them who because they have played the
game think the know it all, and in fact achieved jack shti.
Jason Cundy: In 8 years between 88 and 96 played 69 games for Chelsea and Totenham, Plus 72 games dotted around lower leagues, unfortunately he had to retire through injury, but it is hardly a glittering career is it.
Robbie Savage: He spent 12 months bed and breakfast with Man Utd, he didn`t play for them just resided in the area.
The rest of his career he spent with Small Heath, Crew, Stockport, Derby, and alas the highlight of his career Leicester City.
Oh, and don`t forget this bloke resorted to leaving his waste in the refs toilet while playing against Villa, the mans a joke.
So I rest my case, I hope they read this because I would love the opportunity to argue my point as to why I believe they are in no way qualified to make such statements.
They have no idea what a big club is, they have no idea what a passionate supporter is, and they have no idea what loyalty is.
Mr Savage, you should be selling toilet rolls, and not trying to offer your stupid unqualified advice to people, a role model you
are not.
Mr Cundy, I would suggest you will get better support talking Chelsea, and about your freak goal against Ipswich, a miss kick.
We are fine at Villa Park, our players need no advice from you, and our club need no advice from you, leave it that way.
Stick to tactics, and why you "think" games are won and lost.

Dave, average players become less than average TV pundits, I share you distain, unfortunately they send messages to players and agents who only see ££££££ kerching! . Jack is Villa through and through and is turning in to an exceptional talent, unfortunately he will get pressure from the so called pundits to better him self and eventually, sadly, he will move on. Let's hope we stay up whilst he is still with us and we use his money to improve the team.

Dave that is a brilliant post and so spot on.
Jason cundy is a twat who sprouts absolute garbage alongside savage.
I was on talksport about 6 years ago and they cut me off when I had a go at cundy and his partner on the day Danny Murphy.
Both talk sh*it where villa are concerned.
Especially Murphy who said we were a small time club with no tradition?
I went absolutely mad at him and I was cut off in my prime.
I hate most of talksport presenters who only want to talk and praise London liverpool Manchester clubs.
They look down on Midlands clubs as clubs just to make up the premiership numbers.
We are Aston villa pride of the Midlands .
Let's not forget it.

Top rant Dave 😊 I stopped listening to Talks**te long ago as it was not good for my blood-pressure. In fairness, the whole premise of that kind of crap radio is to provoke the listeners into a response - otherwise they wouldn't have a show. Problem is, the 'opinions' are pretty much a one-way street as they just cut you off if they don't like what you're saying. Bring back Jimmy Hill I say - he may have been utterly bonkers but at least he wasn't as offensive to the ear as Savage.

Stan was good on talk sport, unfortunately he had a couple of wobbles and moved on, pretty much like when he played for us.

They have to get as many listeners as possible, best way to do that is to wind people up as much as possible. It’s effectively a bunch of blokes with no back bone, willing to say the most ridiculous things that they themselves don’t believe, in order to get a pay cheque. Everyone’s got to earn a living but I could never do that, they are all cowards if you ask me, do anything for a pound note, not a single ounce of self respect between them.

Honestly Dave, I don’t think even savage believes half of it. All about viewer numbers, I remember quoting something said on there on here before, a long time ago, one of the Ed’s said they talk a load of BS, and to be honest since then the more you hear the more you realise.
