Sorry been at hospital all day so haven't had time to reply. My reason being with Grabben is he knows the club and would be a cheaper option at the moment then have a pre contract agreement with Bowen in the summer. Grabben is still banging in goals and he does know where the net is his goal to game ratio for us was good I'd just like your thoughts on it that's all.

As for Grabban, not for me mate, we need stability and to keep swapping and changing is not good.
I think get everyone in who we need now and go for it, we will then be better prepared for next season come what may.
Bowen, I think if we are looking pay it, get it done then get a fox in the box, out and out striker.

Cheers Dave. I do get what your saying here and Chris but I feel we have overpaid in the past and getting Bowen in on a free would be tremendous business for us but do you think in hindsight we would have to pay over the odds to get him?

Daz, we have overpaid at times, as most clubs have, it is the bane of being a big club.
I honestly don`t think a player like him will be allowed to leave on a free unless he holds the club to ransom.
I think we should grab him asap and get him settled.
If we wait I think he will only improve, and they will all start hovering, and that would cause all sorts of problems, head turned, loss of form etc etc.
I say pay up and get him, who knows what he will be worth when he hits his prime, 80 - 100 mil.
