Everybody will have differnt views that's what makes football great but let's chat friendly people i don't buy that there just 1 person changing names on here lol. Aston Villa need a change of formation 4 3 3 is not working 5 3 2 with wing backs would be great for us. let's not base our whole game on Jack Grelish because we will get more points as a team than just playing to 1 player eg like we did with Benteke. Dean Smith has slated his player for Wolves what about looking in the mirror leaving nobody on the posts from corners nobody on the edge of the area to stop eg longshots all basic management! We need a few players yes but we must all improve letting late goals in all the time is a fitness thing aswel so he needs to look in the mirror.

WTW, You have changed again mate, most of you previous post you have said our players are not good enough? make your mind up.
Our formation was changed to get Grealish further forward.
Remember that`s what we all wanted,
Late goals are more down to concentration than fitness, we are fit
enough.
People were saying we were not fit enough against Spuds, what's
happened to them then, have they become unfit overweight flumps all of a sudden.
They looked good against us, have they become crap overnight, should Pot get the sack.
Of course not.

I've read all the comments on here very interesting regarding Dean Smith's tactics, fitness, selection, and people taking others comments to heart. I thought this is what we are on here for even if feel people's opinions are crazy. lol
Personally i like the way we play we will get it right and i definitely believe Dean Smith is the man for villa. UTV.

I don't think we've got to the stage of the season yet where any team can evaluate with any degree of accuracy. Teams are still getting into there stride and in particular the promoted teams. especially us with so many new players.
This is Villa's first game back in the prem for a while after only just getting into the playoffs. I think we need to remember that before we start tearing into the fitness, tactics etc. We've played several of last seasons top six already and we're not in the bottom three. We're not setting the world on fire and the wolves games was rubbish. but we're making a go of it and with a packed Villa Park behind them, this could be the foundational season we look back on in years to come from a much stronger position.
Totally agree that the many perspectives on the game are all part of the fun, but for me, I think we should stick with DS. We're aiming to build for long term stability, sustainability and success in the prem. We won't get that by panicking and changing managers every 20 games when form dips.
