I think the owners need too get a manager that has been there and done it a propper manager that has managed at top level and has won things like leeds did with bielsa, and wolves with nuno, that's what i reckon we need a manager that will tell the players and not be afraid too kick there bck sides, no disrespect to deano he's only managed walsal n brentford, its a massive step up managing villa, sooner or later we will get the right manager, look at leeds its took em 15 yrs too get a good 1 ha ha.

So we need a new manager with a winning track record I am hearing. Like we have attracted those over the years?! My favourite managers are as follows:

Ron Saunders - can’t remember him winning loads pre villa?
Graham Taylor - Did well with Watford nut can’t recalll massive wins, promotions aside
Big Ron - perhaps class at WBA and odd cup May tick a box?
Brian Little - not great before villa other than getting LCFC up?
Martin O’Neil - as a manager did he win loads pre villa?

Give Dean Smith time to prove his current doubters wrong. We won’t get a Klondike or Moutinho or Pepp! Let’s get real and see what we can do August 2019 onwards UTV.
