We all agree that today, once again we where found wanting . Deano admitted after the game, that the players just don't have the the ability. No movement and no ability and not enough flare .
The play offs are now a distant dream, so let's start thinking about rebuilding . Just a question for all the Deano outters, with the players available, what team whould they have played? Not really a lot of choice, when you come to think about it .
Hoorihan must of had his worst game ever .

Good post Dave.
Deano basically said what we have said about the players.
Good to hear, I hope he acts on it.
As scotty has said, the under 23s are waiting.

Just 1 point about Deans statement, I don't remember him questioning their ability when we outplayed Boro, Derby and The Baggies, what's changed apart from Jack missing?

He had a chance to change things in January. Look what happened! January is not the best time to recruit that is true but can't complain about squad If you've had chance to change things and haven't.
That said I hop, and it is a hope, that the reason we didn't change things in Jan is 'cos Smith and the owners want to wait 'till the summer for major surgery.
Anyway, one things for sure, we'll get playing championship football next season.

Pluffy we are talking about today’s game, today’s performance, that Deano remarks where about . We as fans for weeks have already stated this, But for Deano to actually more or less say he thinks the same, speaks volumes. As I have stated before, you could put your mortgage on Deano not wanting most of that team . But that is the hand he’s been dealt, silk purse &sows ear come to mind .
As I said earlier, with the players available, what winning team would you have picked?

Sorry DD82 I didn't realise I was breaking your rules by talking about other than yesterday's game.

Dean has praised this side when we have done well, even after the Leeds game he mentioned our mistakes but still said he would back this side to score against anyone.
If he wants to bask in the glory he needs to also accept the flack when we are poor.
He blames referees and now the players, when will he realise that the manager and coaches also have a job to do.
