I remember last season we didn't have the best of starts rember its a marathon not a sprint as long as we're not to far off play offs that will do me play offs has got to be a must for next manager, we are capable of going on a run of games by winning 5 or 6 on the bounce.

Who ever comes in has a massive job to sort out this defence.
The players do not look confident at all,
2 very bad goals to concede,

Worrying times ahead. Outplayed by Preston on Tuesday and Millwall today.
Defence is a shambles. I really can't see things improving anytime soon. New manager will need miracle touch with this lot.

We tend to think that Chester is a leader, captain!
He is not dominant within the team.
Need an arse kicker to remind players what the game is all about.
Nice guy but not a captain.
Unless we get a couple of "heroes" at the back we will continue to ship goals.
Before posters leap up and shout that Chester did not play today, I am thinking about the season as it is.
Last year we had a player motivating the team, this year zilch.
No matter who we play upfront there efforts, so few, will mean nothing.
Also we miss big Sam currently helping WBA.
