Really all depends on who we sell and who we sign, as obvious as that sounds - I still think, as it stands, Villa have one of the strongest squads in the division.
We all know that Jack Grealish will be sold, its a sad fact but he will leave - I hope / think he will be the only MAJOR sale and if that is the case, promotion is still a viable achievement.
With Jack I can see Gardener, De Leat, Bunn, Samba, Richards, McCormack and MAYBE Adomah being sold / released. If this is the case our FFP concerns should be eased dramatically without, Jack aside, dramatically impacting the squad. A few shrewd free transfers and loan signings coupled with the injection of our talented youth and we will still have a strong squad. Now this may be wishful thinking but this team would certainly challenge for playoffs?

Out of your list I think Chester, Thor and kodjia will all leave along with grealish,
The dr would love to get rid of McCormick and Richards but who would pay there big wages.

Don't be surprised to see grealish go for under 20mill.
Levy will wait till the last minute to get in a very cheap deal over the line,
Bet he offers around the 15-18 mill with a loan for the year,

Grealish should go for a 25 mill minimum,
And even that is not enough,
Fact is we are not in the best bargaining spot.
