Has Davis being turned by the stories of man utd/ everton/ arsenal looking at him?
Turning down his contract offer!
This will not be the first to get heads turned I fear,

Plus his agent advising him to hold out as Villa will surely increase the offer. I hope it does not get drawn out as that's not good for anybody!

Where are you reading his turned down a contract offer?

I read it as well. He turned it down instantly bit villa coming back with no. I wonder if his agent is the same as Hepburn Murphy's. As that would explain allb.

The jibba-jabba out there is saying his agent wants him playing top tier asap, and needless to say arsenal have been flashing a bit of ankle in his direction, i don't get it, if he chips off to a top premiership club he won't get any game time, so either his agent wants a bigger slice of the pie;or the boy has massive belief in his abilites, nothing wrong with self belief, or maybe he feels with the kodg. back, he might get less playing time, i just hope we sort him out a good deal, but arsenal have been sniifing around for a while now, come on villa, splash the cash will ya!

Just been sharking around on forums and one or two are saying that everton are watching, but the club showing a big interest are the spuds, seems he ticks the boxes for being young, english, powerful, skilled, not afraid to have a go against whoever, and importantly, wouldn't cost an arm and a leg to buy at the moment, maybe the young lad we got on loan from the spuds has turned his head;a young team with a young, progressive manager, who knows, all i know is get him signed up asap!

It's BS.

I put these stories about Davis down to agents putting the feelers out for there own greed,
Never been a fan of agents in the game but we are stuck with them now,
The agent behind the pogba deal got by all accounts 24 million?
That is utterly madness,

The same website also said that Ross McCormack was 100% signing for Sunderland.

That story was almost right chris, in the end wee jimmy cranky wanted a loyalty bonus from us and sunderland wanted us to pay some of his wages, needless to say the handbrake went up on that deal!

Just look at the other stories from the website, 0 credibility.

I'm not saying every story is correct, far from it, the davis story does seem to have legs unfortunately, also the mccormack story did have substance, sunderland tried to extract the micheal and we told them, they pay all the wages or they could jog on, and the result speaks for itself, and the loyalty payment request, you couldn't make it up!

I don't see how it can have legs if their the only place reporting it, the other random places all state them as their source. Normally if a story has substance there's 5 or 6 reporters on it, in the main papers. This is one man on a bullabod website, with the only correct articles on it coming after the thing their reported have taken place. They have articles days apart headlined, "villa set to miss out on England international defender" then after we signed him, "villa secure signing of John Terry". Come on.

Chris-the keinan story has been in the red top national papers a few weeks back, and also the sunday red tops, i guess its fair to say the secret is out, we got ourselves a corker of a player, all we need to do now is give him no reason to think about looking elsewhere, and that's diwn to brucey's man management skills and steve round proving his worth negotiating with agent, time will tell.

Papers don’t put articles up and they expire, if it’s been in the red tops it will still be there. I’ve looked it’s not. Find me a link and I’ll admit I’m wrong, however at the moment this is all BS and there’s nothing to discuss.

Chris-i'm not trying to trump you fella, but you asked and i can say the story was in the currant bun on the 28 sept. , when i get a few moments i'll try and find the story in the others mate, but it doesn't really matter, i think the bottom line is we got ourselves a gem of a player, and unless we sort him out a good deal, some prem. clubs are going to try and pick our pocket pretty soon, so let's not dilly dally on this one i hope.
