no idea how true it is but apparently we've offered to pay all of adebayor's wages in exchange for then having Kyle walker on loan for a season. This is the only thing holding the deal up. We either pay all his wages and take walker for a season or pay 50/60% of his wages. Spurs want rid of all ades wages but want walker as back up/competition for trippier but walker wants guarenteed 1st team and villa have offered it.

We should be looking to do it the other way round. We should buy Walker and as a gesture of good will take Adebayor on loan for the season and pay all his wages.
