Right the other day went to my Villa trust meeting. here is what was spoke about with keith Wyness.
New sponsor to be announced shortly won't say who tho yet. Season tickets, now this I found interesting Dr. tony said last season everything was already in place for prices so didn't change it, but season ticket prices are dramatically coming down.
so here is what was said, this is from Keith Wyness:
the longer you have had your season ticket the cheaper it will be. Dr. Tony wants Viĺla Park full every home game even if you only just had your season ticket it will be a lot cheaper than this season.
Now Aston Villa will be in the algarve next pre season and also Aston Villa will play Watford in a pre season friendly to honour the Legend that is Graham Taylor, but its at watford.
Now few questions I asked Keith Wyness:
1. What is your role with the club? His reply I am in charge of day to day running of the club.
2. Will Steve Bruce be here next season? his reply absolutely, Steve is here long term we have every faith there will be no more quick fire sackings like previous ownership.
3. Final question How many were interviewed for the Aston Villa job? His reply 12 people including Sean Dyche was contacted but only Steve Bruce interviewed as he was the 1st choice!
Next Aston Villa will be laying a new pitch at the end of the season. It was my 1st time of meeting Keith Wyness. I must say he seems a nice guy genuine and I take back any bad things I thought of him.
He and Dr. Tony have the club at heart you should see the plans they have. he also spoke of why it was a must that the Villa store in Birmingham was closed. the rent they were charging was treble what it should be and Keith Wyness thought we shouldn't be getting ripped off.

Anything said of Steve rounds position and weather we'll be looking to pluck more young prospects from around the country? (like the lad from bury)

On that front I can tell you the Scouting range is being expanded but more money and time is being spent on developing our own youth as Tony Xia is unhappy with our youth setup.

Ok, save what I said. see when they come true, then I'd like an apology. I will continue to write what happens in my trust meetings, whether you like it or not. next 1 is next month.
This isn't even my views its just a Villa trust meeting. its just a meeting on the agenda. anybody want to see the minutes of these meetings they can. there's 5 of us that go to these meetings. i'm not claiming anything just thought people would be interested.

I don't care for Bruce. He's not a good manager, and never was. Aston Villa will lose against Newcastle tonight, then he should be sacked. Bring in somebody better.

Sack bruce and then WHAT back to square 1 we need time what bubble do some fans live in seriously we have been on such a downward spiral for so long we are lucky to have the dr and has millions which gives us some hope for the future we need to stabalize before we even think of moving forward and I believe brucie is that right man.

Couldn't, aggree with you more ste76.stabillity is everything. steve Bruce is sound proven track record. calling for his sacking is crazy. hoping we get a result tonight mate. that would surely shut the doubters up. fed up hearing certain sectors of our canvass bringing us down.
