gestede and baker now on the injury list, there's got to be something wrong with our training methods, i don't believe i've ever heard about this many injuries at the start of the season ever.
if it were just the boys who've been on international duty i could half understand, but this is strange, maybe we need to give the boys a bit of an easier week in training. its a long hard season ahead, no point having the fittest team on the physio's treatment table!

Unfortunately the likes of baker, McCormack and delaet were injured playing, it just seems everything is against us, especially the amount of times we have hit the bar and post this season, but maybe it was with us against Ipswich, hopefully might get a injury time winner against the sob on the Tyne .

VillaSA, you're absolutely right, but i was hoping they would be used to improve tactical awareness and team awareness, i.e., if for example jedinak goes forward then someone stays back to cover that position.
that type of thing, drills where our defence learns to act more like a unit. what i didn't expect was that just single sessions would deplete our squad so badly. it's a scary thought but the likes of the gabster might be called upon at the rate things are going!

Why don't we all stop panicking, a lot of teams that have started well will fade, we will get stronger as the season progresses, let Dimatteo find his best 11,they have only just stepped into claret and blue.
Once will gel we will go on one hell of a ride, just wait and see.
