Hamburg have reportedly made an 8 million bid for Jordan ayew, now it's only a matter of days since dr xia informed us that ayew was stayin so we are about to get a quick indication of just how much we would rather have the cash instead.

I think he's very tall - and probably very past-it unless we're going to rely on the long-ball-into-the-box game or play with a couple of decent wingers. Possibly some value as a super-sub when we're 1-0 down but that may be an expense we can't afford to carry.

The point I'm making is that dr xia stated on Sunday that ayew wasn't leaving in a Twitter post
So is he true to his word or are we going to take the cash to fund further signings
Personally I'd be disappointed now if he leaves after being told he would stay by our new chairman.

ayew is a rising star keep him 1 more year if i was xia i would pay up lescot bacuna gabby contract the are poisonous and as for a striker its tough to find goalscorers really acted slow on gayle but at least they no the problems i dnt think we will go up it will take more than 1 season to sort this out.

Ayew's not the answer, potentially very good but I think he's wired wrong, could see him getting a lot of suspensions in the Championship, replaceable at £8M+
