Should we take a gamble on mason greenword there's no doubt about his talent its his attitude, but u never know it might work might be worth the risk

Are you for real?

That's a hard no from me, and I would hope 99.9% of our fanbase!

It’s a bit more than his “attitude” it’s his morality.
Attitude means he might get sent off or fall out with the manager, not make every female at the club and supporter base feel worthless and uncomfortable.

Couldn’t care less of his talent it’s actually shocking that this is even seen as comparable to his actions off the pitch.
If he had been playing for Bournemouth he’d already be in jail.

But he wasn't convicted of anything.

Just because the CPS decided not to proceed with a prosecution against Greenwood doesn’t necessarily equate to his innocence it could be the victim is not prepared to go through the court process and given the nature of the case it would be extremely unlikely the prosecution would get a conviction.if she was not prepared to do so.That said and given some of the social media comments it would certainly seem at the very least Greenwood has questions to answer re his behaviour. Also given his talent, for Utd to be cutting ties would suggest to me they must have serious misgivings about his behaviour and the potential commercial impacts on the club if they continued to employ him meant they pulled the plug and based on what I understand of the case quite rightly so. In line with a number of others on here I wouldn’t touch him with a 10 ft pole.

The point i was putting out that he is a quality player plus people deserve 2nd chances

21 Aug 2023 19:25:57
Innocent mistakes deserve second chances, rotten scoundrels have to earn them.
If he stays in this country he will have to be like Ched Evans and dissappear into the lower leagues and prove himself away from the limelight.
No Premier League club will risk their image signing him. If we ever openly tried to sign him I would stop following the club.

21 Aug 2023 19:31:07
I think the second chance only applies to people who take accountability for their actions - There has been zero accountability from Greenwood, his statement essentially says "I understand Uniteds decision but I did nothing wrong" when anyone with a brain in their head knows otherwise. Again, he could be the second coming of Messi and I wouldn't want him near my club.

21 Aug 2023 19:56:49
Anybody who thinks he deserves a 2nd chance is just as accountable as he is.Abuse of a woman or man or child is inexcusable have you not seen the pictures or heard the recording Jonny if not then I suggest you do then you might change your mind!

Agree with MK
and that's right Allstar.

It's as simple as this. If he wasn't guilty of anything - Man U would've backed him and played him and rode the storm, as he is a very good player.
It's not like he was found innocent in court, there was no chance of a prosecution as the witnesses backed out. hardly the same.

Man U had access to far more evidence than what we've seen and heard and their investigation would have began with the intention to "fix this" yet concluded that there was no way, even with all their power that they can keep him.

That's all we need to know.
