We should snap up whoever is doing the scouting at Brighton, because the keep finding young gems . The Japanese kid up front looks a great find, they seem to pick up bargains on a regular basis .

Even some of the clubs in lower divisions seem to be able to spot young talent around the globe.
Hopefully the arrival of Duran and our interest in the Chilean lad will pave the way for us to be a bit more adventurous in the scouting department.
Something that gets my goat is how we seem to buy a player that other clubs are reported to be about to sign for another club.
Do we wait to see what is reported to be happening elsewhere and then intercept the proceedings?
We appear to reactive as opposed to proactive.

Duran cost 18 million so he hardly fits into the bracket of the type of gems that Brighton have found for less than 5 million.
