CONTINUED, safe in the table he can push Mcginn in a more attacking role, He has proven for Scotland that he can score goals, he is currently out scoring any of their strikers (not difficult i know) but he does have a very good record. Time will tell, perhaps he should wear a Scotland top under his Villa kit, because he definitely performs much, much better for them, irrespective of his different roles.

Agree with you on that scotty. I think he's trying too hard when he plays for Villa but seems to lack composure and assuredness at the moment. When he plays for Scotland he already knows he's their best midfielder and maybe that takes the pressure off him so he performs.

Jury's still out dbs, time will tell, definitely worth keeping though, good squad back or rotation.

Let’s be clear McGinn as a full blown international isn’t going to settle for being a squad player with us maybe that might be more palatable if he were at City or Liverpool but not with us. If he can’t command a regular spot in the first XI then we should sell.
