Scrappy win but great 3 points, did we think 2 weeks ago that we would take 6 points from those 2 games? No chance and we would of being happy with 2 or 3 points from those 2 games, call me optimistic but Europe is on if we can strengthen the team in January with 2 players who bring real quality, we need time with the playing out from the back and the next 5 weeks are going to be huge in terms of Emery moulding this team into what he wants them to be. we rode our luck a little bit today but apart from the goal we defended reasonably well against 1 of the form teams of the league they didn't have much in the lines of clear cut chances, really optimistic about what we can achieve in the next few years with Emery. maginn still not his usual self but marked improvement in him today and 1 of the most important aspects of the last 3 games under Emery WE ARE SCORING GOALS, always have a chance of winning games when your scoring.
