Right, our season needs to start now! We need to get behind this team and these players (and any new recruits we manage to get in January).
What's gone in the 1st 3rd of the season is gone. Make no mistake there can be no moaning, complaining, whining that Emery "wasn't my 1st choice" or "we needed a battler". Get behind him and the lads.
We've got him and for me he was the best we could get in our circumstance.
A good dose or realism is also prescribed. We are not and won't be challenging for a top 10 place this year. We're in survival mode.
Newcastle were in a far worse position than us last year. They didn't spend big they recruited a solid, experienced Prem manager and it has paid dividends. Slowly but surely they got themselves out of the mess and now are looking good for a top six finish minimum.
Can we do the same? I hope so but right now survival is what it's about.

you have to rate your manager thou 1st it would help,emery is class so i'm 100 percent behind him unlike the others we had,you support the club not the manager but it helps if you like the manager
