I would be tempted to go for Unai Emery jonny a very experienced manager.
Whilst I like the look of Ruben Amorim I would be worried about how he would survive in the Premiership.

His style of play is similar to what Gerrard was trying to do. I don't much mind who we get so long as we are trying to play attacking, entertain ing football. So not Emery for me.

Whilst ideally I would have liked one of the top guys like Poch realistically that was never likely to happen, I am not convinced by Emery at Arsenal and I am not sure he’s the right fit for us, therefore I would take a look at either Viera, or Kompany both play attractive football and are established managers who would be able to attract the big name players as Gerrard was.

Villa56, I read an interesting article this afternoon on Birmingham Live and they mentioned 4 different formations Emery likes his teams to play depending on the opposition. This included the one we played against Brentford.
So I don’t know how you can compare him with Gerrard’s playing style.
